Accountant

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team and manage various financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling invoicing, payment tracking, and client communications, while ensuring accuracy in financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage invoices in Stripe, following up on unpaid invoices.
• Update the client tracker based on monthly meetings with Account Managers (AMs).
• Maintain and update the billing tracker with invoice details and payment statuses.
• Follow up on cancellations and collections.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Expertise in Stripe is required.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal..
• Experience in a virtual or remote work environment is a plus.
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).
• Own a laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with 10 Mbps internet.
