TikTok Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a TikTok Marketing Assistant who excels in both organic engagement and paid advertising to join our innovative marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of TikTok's platform and algorithms, with a proven ability to target specific demographics and convert them into leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement TikTok marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and manage TikTok content that resonates with our target audience.
• Execute TikTok paid advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Identify and target specific demographics to build a robust network and generate leads for the sales team.
• Analyze TikTok analytics to track performance, refine strategies, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment between TikTok initiatives and overall business goals.
• Stay informed on TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing TikTok organic engagement and paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithms, analytics, and ad formats.
• Ability to target and engage specific demographics to generate sales leads.
• Excellent creative and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay ahead of social media trends.
• Own a laptop/desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with 10 Mbps internet.
• Available to work in US time zones.
