Salary: Up to £23,400 per annum, dependent on experience and location, with a 37.5 hour workweek and overtime opportunities.

Tersus Consultancy, the largest asbestos consultancy in the UK, are securing numerous exciting projects nationally. We're recruiting an administrator to help us keep operations running and helping to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What will you be doing?

• Provide top-notch administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth sailing every step of the way
• Be the friendly face and voice for our clients, handling inquiries, accepting work orders, and keeping them updated on project progress
• Navigate client portals and third-party systems with ease, ensuring data is managed and uploaded correctly
• Tackle customer inquiries and concerns head-on, resolving issues swiftly and effectively
• Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to keep communication flowing and workflows streamlined

What do you need?

• Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role
• Communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills are key to staying on top of tasks
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
