Salary: Up to £22,000 per annum, dependent upon experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am -5pm, 35 hours per week

Location: Dinnington, Sheffield. S25 3QU

What can I expect?

As a Business Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day business activities. Your attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask will contribute to the ongoing success of our company.

Main duties may include:

  • Accurate input of data entry (alphanumerical)
  • Marking off the tasks completed on a daily basis, accurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Adding contracts due to the service matrix
  • Addressing any queries regarding any service sheets received that have not been able to be marked off in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all paperwork completed in the course of your duties

  • Good communication skills
  • IT Skills, Microsoft office
  • Methodical with good attention to detail
  • Administration skills, previous experience is preferred
  • Team working with the ability to work on own initiative
