Job Title: Graduate Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: London Euston office

Job Description

An opportunity for a graduate to join a global leader in Dermatology supporting the UK & Ireland organisation, working across the commercial Aesthetics, prescription, and consumer business units. You will be working and harnessing the expertise of a talented BI team, to maximise all opportunities for profitable sales growth through data analytics of performance, market, and customer insight.

As a Business Analyst, you will enable the commercial team to achieve their strategic objectives by delivering a mixture of business and technical-related activities resulting in tangible outputs

Key Responsibilities

• Identification and analysis of business problems that require efficiency, optimisation, and management across the business units
• Collaborate with cross functional team members to identify and implement improvement processes & tools for operational efficiency.
• Support the delivery of cross-functional analytical projects to advance commercial performance and excellence
• Support the creation of monthly performance reports in line with defined metrics with status, risks and recommendations for business unit leaders
• Maintain data quality, metrics, reports and administration of third-party data warehouse
• Review, merge and share daily sales across internal stakeholders
• Optimise sales force effectiveness tools, systems and platforms including data matching within Veeva CRM

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Computing or similar
• Enthusiastic and ambitious graduate looking to learn and build a career in dermatology
• Demonstrable experience of working in a commercial environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrable ability to interpret, manipulate and formulate data
• Demonstrated the ability to successfully manage lead projects
• Passionate about Business Analysis and dermatology
