Senior Java Developer

5-7 years of experience in Java development

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality Java applications
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other developers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
• Write well-designed, efficient and testable code
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Ensure best practices in software development and secure coding standards
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on coding and best practices
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering
• 5-7 + years of experience in Java development
• Strong proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems
• Experience with Spring, Hibernate frameworks
• Experience in middleware products like MQ or Kafka
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript , EXTjs, Angular , ReactJS) is a plus
• Experience with Git is must
• Proficiency with testing tools and frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Selenium
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and others

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience in automation of the deployment of application.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
