In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Norwegian-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our services. Your communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian and English
• Provide detailed information on products, services, and order statuses
• Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
• Document customer interactions accurately and ensure follow-up actions are taken
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience
• Stay informed on product offerings and company policies to provide effective assistance

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellent service
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer service applications
