In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our Norwegian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Your communication skills and customer-centric approach will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Norwegian and English
• Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting with order placements
• Effectively resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the customer experience
• Stay updated on product information and company policies to assist customers effectively

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
