  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat in the e-commerce domain.
  • Assist customers with their orders, address inquiries, and resolve issues related to products and services.
  • Ensure a seamless shopping experience by providing clear and accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain precise records in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about the company’s products, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Adhere to established procedures to ensure compliance and service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment
  • Positive, motivated attitude with a willingness to learn
