S QA Process Analyst (f/m/x)

SQA Process Analyst is responsible for executing standardized processes for the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) organization such as managing GFSI certificates, collecting lifestyle certificates, providing ad-hoc analysis or ensure regular reporting.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Executing SQA processes.
• Creating ad-hoc analysis.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize and digitize the processes in scope.
• Working on process harmonization and standardization.
• Ensuring proper stakeholder management.
• Regularly reporting on process KPIs.
• Working closely with Digital Solution Analyst to digitize processes.
• Supporting Automation projects.
• Acting as Product Owner for digital solutions such as RPA Bots related to the process.

What are we looking for?
Required:

• 1 + year of professional experience as Key User for IT systems.
• Business acumen (especially in FMCG / SQA Sourcing / Operations).
• Analytical Solution Design.
• Fluent in English.

Preferably:

• Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerAutomate, PowerBI, PowerApps).
• User centricity.
