Your contribution to something big!

  • Oversee master data changes or new data entry requirements of employee data into HR Core.
  • Drive the update and execution of mass HR administration processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Administer HR-related documentation, including (but not limited to) contracts of employment, medical certificates, letters, etc.
  • Manage all administrative activities within the employee life cycle, including onboarding, leaver movements, salary adjustments, promotions, personal data changes, etc.
  • Consistently review and update the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure completeness and accuracy, and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance services and processes, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
  • Lead the input of all data related to finalizing leaver cases and new hires after payroll cutoff.
  • Develop and implement process automation initiatives to streamline HR processes, reduce manual tasks, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to support HR decision-making.

Requirements

What Bosch Malaysia is looking for!

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Possess strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Well-versed in SAP HR Core Module.
  • Possess deep knowledge of Malaysian Employment Law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel (including but not limited to VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
  • Proven experience in process automation and improvement, with a track record of implementing successful initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Job Type:
    1-year fixed term contract and has the potential to evolve into a permanent role, based on demonstrated success and alignment with our long-term goals.
