To Monitor and handle AIS Fibre customers complaint using Internet services over FBB Networks.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To Monitor and handle AIS Fiber customers using Internet services over FBB Networks.
- Provide technical assistance to AIS Fiber customers those have technical problem via AIS Call center 1175
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Communications Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field
- 0 - 3 years working experience in Broadband Internet, Telecommunication system, IT Networking
- Available to work in shifts
- Having basic programming language skill of Python, Java will be an advantage
