1.Monitor Faults in Mobile, Enterprise and Fixed Broadband Network.​
2.Jobs/Alarms Problem and Root Cause Analysis
3.2nd Tier Mobile Network Troubleshooting and Configuration
4.Provide Solutions for Network Improvement
5.Plan, Create, Assign and Dispatch Job to Field Engineer/Subcontractors and Follow up Job Progress.​
6.Tracking and Report KPI Performance.​

Job Description

•Gender : Male/Female Age : 21-32 years old.​

•Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering / IT.​

•Experience : 0-2 years in Mobile, Enterprise and Fixed Broadband Network

•Strong Communication and Management Skills.​

•Knowledge and Skills in Data Analytic, SQL Database, BI Tools , Data Science and AI/ML​

•Programming /Coding (Python) and Automation (Optional)
