In your role as a Talent Acquisition Manager at SAP Fioneer, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and success. Your focus will be in on hiring technology roles and building these teams for Serbia.

About the role

• Partnering with Hiring Managers: Collaborate and consult closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies and become their trusted advisor.
• Talent Sourcing and Screening: Utilise creative and effective sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates, conduct thorough screenings, and evaluate their suitability for open positions and presenting their PoV’s and judgements to business stakeholders.
• Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all parties involved.
• Industry Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to optimize our talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong preference for experience within the financial services or IT consulting sectors.
• Technical Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated success in recruiting tech and development roles (AI, ML, ERP) across various seniority levels and previous experience in ramping up European software development centres is a big plus.
• Talent Acquisition Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition and sourcing strategies, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Relationship Building and Team Player: The ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Adaptability and previous experience with scale up or a start up: The ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Serbian and English is essential. Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
