Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Functional Lead Analyst who can thrive in a dynamic environment and will contribute to the creation and implementation of Supply chain processes.

The Functional Lead Analyst is responsible for providing event/promotional support for a designated Customer Supply Chain team. The job holder is expected to provide and implement recommendations aimed at improving event/promotional activities and customer inventory. This role will also partner with Mars Sales and Customer Demand Planning teams to facilitate the flawless execution of customer-specific programs as well as Seasonal execution.

• Support the Canada Supply Chain Solutions Development/Systems.
• Leads X-functional Technology Thinking.
• Leads translation of process design into functional requirements.
• Manage Process Integration, support, conformance and after care.
• Manages day to day operations through monitoring and troubleshooting systemic issues
• Manages impacts/net change across applications and supports system administration via strong documentation. Leads translation of process design into functional requirements
• Assist with onboarding/training of Key Users and documentation.
• Troubleshoots / RCA complex issues leveraging Mars Global Services. Troubleshoot issues not resolved by End Users or Key Users through normal channels.
• Responsible for process consistency and methodology, call out process adherence gaps to functional leaders and provide support to address.
• Maintain/update swim lanes and process documentation.
• Stress test Mars business systems software updates/releases to identify issues for Template or business unit. Review and test Global change/emergency requests for the business unit. Recommend the sign-off of new processes and software releases to the FE
• Supports Supply Chain during times of downtime/Server Issues / Restoration, and annual E2E Testing
• High level of collaboration, cross functionally and with the Supply Chain Transformation project lead

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain or Business degree preferred
• Understanding of Retail Link, GRS, or other ERP/inventory systems
• Experience in FMCG | Prior experience in a direct customer facing role.
• Microsoft Dynamics/1NAVision – Required
• EDI Process Flow -Required
• Salesforce – Nice to have
• Mulesoft – Nice to have

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Responsible for assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying problems and developing recommendations which support supply/demand planning and operations.
• Understand assigned customers’ expectations on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s
• Work with team members to recognize and reconcile any potential order conflicts such as delivery/shipping delays or out of stock situations to ensure customer orders will deliver on time and complete
• Collaborate with CSCM to contribute to Customer Satisfaction Plan development and execution.
