Facility Engineer

JOB SCOPE

• Installation, repair and maintenance of all plant facility.
• Preparation, drawing, review and safekeeping of Corporate Building Plans, Blue Prints, AutoCAD as-built layout designs
• Responsible for the qualification and validation of new and existing facility

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and Maintenance: Design and maintain structural systems such as foundations, walls, roofs and other related structures.
• Inspection and Assessment: Regularly inspect buildings and facilities to identify issues related to structural integrity and safety.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive procedures to ensure the longevity and reliability of building infrastructures.
• Project Management: Plan and coordinate construction projects, including renovations and refurbishments, ensuring they meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordination: Work with external contractors and internal teams to manage repairs and maintenance activities.
• Compliance: Ensure all facilities comply with local government regulations.
• Energy Management: Monitor and manage efforts to reduce energy consumptions and costs.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, incidents, inventory of building components and equipment.
• Emergency response: Address emergency issues promptly and coordinate swift responses to minimize downtime

Requirements

EDUCATION:
Graduate of: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineer or a related field.
Licensed Civil Engineer

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
At least 3-5 years of experience in facility management , civil engineering or related field
