We are in hyper growth and we have raised €25M in 2023. Worldia is scaling with a lot of exciting projects: the roll-out of the new version of the platform, a subsidiary in the US and new business partnerships.

Missions

As Worldia continues to grow, so do our marketing needs. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer for our office in Mérida to support our marketing team in maintaining a consistent and attractive brand identity across all channels.

In this role, you will:

- Follow daily briefing boards to complete design tasks efficiently.

- Create and deliver engaging designs for various marketing materials, including newsletters, flyers, and social media posts.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and with the highest attention to detail.

- Work on maintaining a coherent visual identity across all marketing materials.

You will play a key role in sustaining our brand’s growth and adapting to the increasing demand for high-quality design.

Lets talk about you

Skills & Qualifications:

- You are fluent in English

- Design Expertise: A creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail. You should have a passion for producing clean, polished designs that meet the highest standards.

- Efficiency: Able to work quickly and effectively, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

- Attention to Detail: You believe in delivering high-quality, precise work without compromise.

- Bonus Skills: Experience in video editing is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

- Experience with Figma is a strong advantage.

Soft Skills:

- Curiosity & Creativity: Always looking for new ideas and creative solutions.

- Teamwork: Able to collaborate effectively with the design and marketing teams.

- Attention to Detail: Every file should be perfect, leaving no room for error.
