Missions

As part of our expansion into the US market, we are actively seeking a Flight Travel Agent who is eager to embark on this exciting journey with us. Our coworking space is based in Mérida, Mexico.

The Flight Travel Agent will process airline tickets from booking to service, providing excellent customer support for any air travel related issues.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Processing reservations and issuing airline tickets via GDS (Amadeus) and resellers

- Handling reservation changes/cancellations with customers

- Managing reservation changes/cancellations with airlines/IATA

- Providing customer support by phone and through forms for all air transportation-related queries.

Let's talk about you

- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the airline ticketing or tourism sector.

- You have very good knowledge of Amadeus and a good knowledge of Excel or/and Google Sheet

- You have a strong sense of organization: rigorous and able to develop a structured approach to organize all required tasks throughout the day.

- You are service-oriented and customer satisfaction-focused.

-You have excellent communication skills: ability to engage, listen, explain, and convince within the organization as well as with customers, partners, and suppliers.

-Last but not least, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
