AI Analyst

We are currently looking for an AI Analyst to join our management consulting team.

By combining your ability to learn quickly, your analytical skills, and your broad knowledge of AI, your primary mission will be to work directly with teams and clients to research, synthesize, and provide key insights and recommendations related to the challenges we aim to solve.

Your Future Responsibilities

Support for Business Relations

• Compile qualitative data on a specific sector to help the sales team formulate a project proposal aimed at convincing a client to begin working with AI (e.g., industry size, number of competitors, etc.).

• In partnership with the delivery teams and the advisory group, conduct research on the client's industry and company to gain a deep understanding of their pain points and help Moov AI discover which AI use cases would be most beneficial for the client.

• Perform in-depth analysis of use cases and key technologies (understanding data science use cases and assessing their feasibility and potential value).

• Participate in workshops, grant proposal writing, responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), and similar activities.

• Assist the business relations team in developing proposals.

Mandates

• Be called upon to work in a variety of industrial and functional sectors.

• Establish trusted relationships with clients.

• Collaborate closely with consultants and managers to conduct research, interpret results, and formulate recommendations on the client’s business challenges.

• Map the client’s operational processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Work directly with a delivery team to research and document the client’s business process and identify what will be impacted by the AI solution we provide.

• Conduct interviews with clients and end-users to accurately define their needs.

• Present recommendations to the client’s leadership team and participate in the implementation of those recommendations in collaboration with the team and the client.

• Take part in audits of clients’ businesses and processes to improve the quality of our recommendations and validate the impact of our delivered solutions.

• Occasionally travel to client workspaces to gain a better understanding of their business processes.

• Prepare summaries and high-quality deliverables, often in the form of slides, to support the quality of information Moov AI provides to clients.

• Participate in client billing activities.

Specialisation

Depending on your specialization and areas of interest, you may be called upon to:

• Help our clients maximize the value of their data by generating actionable insights that deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Lead discussions with the client and/or the team, as well as facilitate workshops.
• Complete grant applications.
• Manage small projects as a delivery manager.
• Contribute to the definition of new features and explore them from concept to execution, ensuring they meet business needs, user requirements, and technical capabilities.

Requirements

In a constantly evolving technological environment, we highly value curious, passionate colleagues who are eager to learn new tools and concepts.

You are passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to develop your skills in this rapidly growing field. You hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

You also demonstrate strong proficiency in spoken and written French, as well as a good command of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
