πŸ’‘The Team

Join Genetec's Marketing department and take center stage in showcasing the Genetec brand across the EMEA region, spanning 15+ countries. You will have the opportunity to develop a holistic, regional content marketing strategy to help support Genetec business throughout the EMEA. Reporting to the Director of EMEA Marketing, you will be responsible for managing all elements of the EMEA Channel Marketing function. You will also play a key role in helping strategic channel partners plan and implement amazing marketing campaigns to drive mutual brand awareness and demand.

πŸ”ŽWhat your day will look like

  • Leadership and management of the EMEA Channel Marketing function, strategic support for execution of the cooperative (co-op) marketing program, partner communications and partner education programs
  • Proactive approach to channel marketing through development of relationships with strategic partner account contacts, working together to build co-marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and measurable demand
  • Liaise with Sales teams and Regional Marketing Managers to plan and support field-based marketing programs for strategic partner accounts
  • Work closely with Channel Enablement team to ensure messaging alignment and promotion of enablement content and services
  • Ensure Genetec partner communications content is built and targeted specifically for the partner audience, and cadence of communications is on point
  • Align channel communications with end customer marketing and broad-based brand strategies to ensure consistent messaging across audiences
  • Together with your team, measure and report on co-op fund usage and budgets. Help increase the amount and quality of partner marketing efforts
  • Ownership of a channel marketing budget

Requirements

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional environment across EMEA regions and internationally
  • 7+ years IT/Software/SaaS B2B and/or channel marketing experience
  • You know and love channel partners and understand how to strategize and write content that resonates with this critical target group
  • Knowledge of how to blend and implement both traditional and digital marketing tactics
  • You are comfortable with providing both leadership to your team, and with hands on planning and execution of marketing tactics and campaigns
  • Excel at building relationships both internally and externally
  • Active listener who can create marketing plans and programs from the ground up
  • Exceptional customer-facing communication skills and detail orientation
  • True passion for partner marketing, branding and lead generation. You enjoy creating marketing programs that drive measurable business results
  • Experience managing a budget and reporting on ROI of marketing efforts

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Security industry experience
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (specifically Microsoft Dynamics and Marketo)
  • Experience working in both corporate and regional/field-based marketing teams
  • Experience with a Channel Sales model
  • Knowledge of additional European languages
