What you’ll do:

Maintain a Cluster of Large Scale GPU servers at a customer site. Candidate will be primarily assigned a Customer/Site to work with, but can be redeployed to another customer/site in future.
Physical Server installation in Racks.
Installation and Basic troubleshooting of Linux Operating System.
Troubleshooting of Server HW by checking the BMC logs.
Monitor Server Hardware via BMC like IPMI/iLO/iDRAC/XCC/IMM.
Maintain a high level of system reliability by prioritizing and resolving trouble tickets efficiently.
Escalation point and technical troubleshooter for all Servers supplied to the customer.
Responsible for delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project.

Understands a broad spectrum of the company's technology in order to deliver part of a detailed technical design, which meets customer requirements.

Tasks may include installing new systems applications; updating applications, firmware, and drivers; creating boundaries for as well as performing configuration and testing activities; applications programming for assigned modules within a larger program; assisting in the preparation of technical presentations and demonstrations; and participating in customer meetings.

Works with minimal direction from the technical lead and with customer nominated representatives to accomplish assigned tasks.

Contributes to design for specific deliverables and assists in the development of technical solutions.

Participates as part of a team and maintains good relationships with team members and customers.

Understands the company strategy and the role that the individual plays.

Uses knowledge tools and re- uses information for the benefit of projects, and of professional development.

Uses and contributes to technical forums within the company environment and local professional communities and technical user groups.

• Knowledge of Dissembling & Re-assembling of Servers.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Hands on experience in Hardware Break-fix of various OEM make Servers. Like HPE, DELL, Lenovo etc.
• Working knowledge of Linux OS like RHEL/SuSE Linux.
• Virtualization knowledge would be an advantage, but not a stopper.
• Exposure to Large scale deployment of Servers and Storage.
• Candidate(s) who have handled large scale servers, especially GPU servers will be given preference.

What you need to bring:

• Candidate(s) should possess minimum qualification of B.E/B. Tech or equivalent. Diploma holders with commensurate experience can considered.
• Atleast 3 years of experience for Degree Holders and atleast 6 years of experience for Diploma holders, in hardware troubleshooting of High end servers and storage.
