UI/Javascript Developer

UI/Javascript developer – 4-5 years of experience

Technical:

• Strong HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Web Sockets, AJAX, JSON and XML skills in a programming environment.
• Experience using NodeJS would be an advantage
• Experience using JavaScript modules and frameworks such as JQuery, ExtJS would be an advantage
• Exposure to backend programming and understanding of interaction with databases (NoSql and SQL) and socket communication would be an advantage
• Working knowledge of various tools (Git, Maven/Gradle, Grunt, Jenkins, Docker)

Other

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and work under pressure

• Domain experience in capital markets either in trading or clearing preferred

• Some basic understanding of securities and how trading and settlement works
