Senior Quality Engineer

• Preparing Quality Assurance Plan ( QAP) based on the customer order requirement and submitting the same.
• Review of the commented QAP if any based on the Customer feedback till we get approved QAP

from Customer.

• Verifying the approved documents i.e. .Data sheet, GAD,QAP & Customer Purchase order where ever required.
• Co-ordinating with the TPI for the mutual agreement Inspection dates.
• Auditing the shop floor for the readiness of actuators for the upcoming inspections to check the compliance for the order.
• Working along with the inspectors for the inspection activities of documents verification and

product verification with respect to approved QAP.

• Follow up with inspector for getting IRN and if required to visit the TPI office.
• Preparing dimension inspection report , Actuator Internal routine test report & Certificate of conformity for

components and internal inspection.

• Submitting Statuary documents like BIS , PESO , FLP lab reports , Life test report , Motor type test reports and IP certificates.
• Discussion and follow up with Sales, Contracts and taking actions if there is any comments given after the inspection.
• Arranging compliance report to resolve the comments given to get required IRN.
• Maintaining all the standards documentation for 10 years and retrieval of documents in case of any concerns.

Expertise/ Experience

• Good Knowledge on latest ISO Standards of Electrical / Electronics and Product safety.
• Experience in preparing Quality Plan and getting approval from Customers.
• Handling Customers / Third party Inspectors and answering the queries raised during Inspection.
• Knowledge in Actuator manufacturing Processes and Standards.
• Experience in Conducting Process / Product / System audits , identifying the gaps and taking actions to improve.
• Knowledge on Electrical and Electronics Components and their manufacturing Processes.
• Knowledge in reading and interpretation of PCBA’s Circuits.
• Good Communication and Presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools and ERP based Programs.
• Having Good temperament skills to handle customers.

Requirements

Qualification : BE / B.Tech - EEE

Experience: 8-10 Yrs.
