About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for all levels of talent acquisition across EMEA (Poland, South Africa, Romania, Netherlands or Czechia or Poland). Will serve as advisor and partner staying current on business and market trends and is always data-informed when providing advice, expertise, and assistance on various recruiting-related issues.

You will work directly with the Stakeholders, Executives, Engineers, Finance, Product Managers, and HR Business partners to understand their requirements and continuously adjust the recruitment process to stay agile and competitive.

In order to perform you need good sourcing skills and strategies – where to go to recruit for technology and product talent and how would you do it in case of a limited budget, market capabilities, or D&I goals (understand resourcefulness, out of the box thinking).

Your projects will span geographies and cultures so we want passionate and open-minded tech recruiters used to source tech profiles but also Leadership roles through a variety of strategies and not limited to LinkedIn or local job boards. What you’ll be doing:

· You must be able to successfully prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics

· Able to recruit a variety of tech roles from Specialists to Leadership, from Infrastructure, and Security to Software developers and Data Engineers

· Understand how to prioritize to hit all SLAs

· Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up your sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done

· The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and local HR business partners.

· Drive the best possible candidate and referee experience, delivering on key internal SLA

· Collaborate and work with HR Business Partners to help support the hiring demand of our rapidly growing businesses

What are we looking for?

· 5-7 years of industry experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle (Technology hiring included – nice to have in Product/Fintech Companies).

· High interest in Data and how to use them in order to serve the business and mitigate your needs (Increase the budget, negotiate a closing time, location of hire etc)

· Strong stakeholder management and commitment to continuous improvement

· Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making

· Working knowledge of various social media recruiting and should be aware of current market trends

· Ability to execute recruitment strategy and keep a strong bar for candidate experience, diversity sourcing, and interview processes.

· Target drove, detail-oriented, and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands

· A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

· Clear written and spoken communication

· Basics knowledge in excel & reporting

· ATS Experience

· Presentation skills are a huge advantage
