What you'll be doing?

• 💫 Your key mission is to find awesome candidates who meet our client's requirements, so you’ll work closely with our sales team in sourcing, screening and interviewing efforts. We're all about that perfect match!
• 💫 Working hand in hand with your teammates, hiring managers and account executives, you'll make sure our clients have a constant flow of top-notch candidates for their designated spots. Teamwork makes the dream work!
• 💫 Get ready to dive into a vast world of online resources and our HKR database to uncover hidden talent. It's like a treasure hunt, but with resumes!
• 💫 Keep your eyes on the prize! You’ll create weekly updates on your projects’ progress, while keeping our ATS up to date with each and every interaction you have with your candidates.
• 💫 Building relationships is key to your success. You'll connect with candidates and hiring managers to foster a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
• 💫 Get creative and innovative with your sourcing strategies. We're counting on you to find new and exciting ways to discover the perfect talent.

About You

• 🤩 You come with past experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably volume recruitment, tech recruitment and international projects
• 🤩 You have excellent people & communication skills, especially in English - we are looking for at least a C1 proficiency, both written and spoken
• 🤩 You have great interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness - you put the H in HR!
• 🤩 Tech savvy - you know your way around apps and you efficiently incorporate them into your day to day work, having previously used apps like Slack and an ATS will put you ahead on our favorite list
• 🤩 You come with the ability to use social media sites like LinkedIn and others for online research
• 🤩 You come with logical, creative, and critical thinking skills, a captivating personality, and a positive, can-do attitude
• 🤩 You have a sense of urgency, high integrity and a coachable approach
• 🤩 You are fun, optimistic, have a good laugh and at thе same time give it your best professional self.
