Sports Operations Executive

Your Role:

• End-to-end management of all Live tournaments – daily Live calendar checks.
• Manage scheduling workflow for daily channel operation.
• Execute scheduled changes in scheduling database.
• Maintain a database of fillers and advertising material to plan for contingent requirements.
• sharing Satellite & RO details with concerned teams, checking test feeds,
• managing BT/LTN bookings, creating RTMP keys, monitoring Live streams, etc
• Complete coordination with Sports Leagues / Production and third-party vendors
• Trouble shooting of all issues with minimal TAT
• Managing AWS operations & CMS
• Managing Operations for Hindi & Regional Commentary
• Suggest process & product improvements based on user feedback and learnings
• Assist customer support team with Live stream related queries
