Senior Partnerships Manager

The Senior Partnerships Manager will lead Seed’s work with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and Celebrities, growing overall awareness and performance. Seed’s Growth Partnerships program and award-winning Seed University have been central to its success – now we seek to move up-market to work with the highest profiles in the world to bring Seed’s innovation to more ecosystems.

You will bring your expansive network, communication skills, relationship skills, creativity, contract negotiation, and insatiable drive to grow an innovative Partnerships program to Seed’s existing Partnerships ecosystem. Working closely with Seed’s Co-founders, Head of Ambassador, and Growth Leadership, you will be the face of Seed to our highest profile relationships. Balancing your charm and charisma with your relentless drive for growth, you will take Seed’s Partnerships program to new heights.

Who you are:

• 7+ years of experience in Influencer and Partnerships Marketing (with a specialty in Celebrity and KOL) with experience in the health tech and/or CPG space, as well as successful, rapid-growth DTC businesses that are both brand and performance-focused and must comply with regulatory requirements *...
