Digital Transformation Consultant

The Mission:

Join our Consulting team and become responsible for the success of our clients’ projects in France and abroad!

You will be part of the CSM team but will work on the project side without involvement in the business aspect. You will be supported by a Customer Success Director who will guide you in strategies to achieve your client’s objectives.

Your tasks include:

• Acquiring expertise in change management, communication, and employee engagement strategies
• Planning and managing the project launch calendar, ensuring rapid deployment
• Coordinating relationships with various stakeholders (internal and external) during deployment
• Conducting training sessions and workshops on the operational use of the platform
• Drafting project follow-ups and reports, sharing recommendations and feedback
• Analyzing project results for each client and establishing monthly project performance statistics
• Participating in cross-functional projects for improving best practices methodologies at Sociabble

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

After obtaining a university degree (focusing on digital, engineering, or sales), you have experienced success in related positions. You are familiar with social tools and the best techniques for excelling in a rapidly growing environment, working with renowned C-level clients.

This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and French, ensuring the best guidance and support for our French-speaking and international clients.

Before applying, ensure that you meet the following criteria:

• Over 3 years of project management experience
• Handling multiple projects simultaneously (planning standards, Gantt charts, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, proactivity, and rigor
• Interpersonal skills to adapt to different stakeholders (HR Director, Communication Director, etc.) and understand their needs
• Analytical and synthesis abilities
