► Collect, analyze and specify stakeholder requirements and various types of IT projects
► Support stakeholder engagement and alignment processes
► Identify and document functional and non-functional requirements in dedicated solution
► Support developers to understand business needs on technical manner
► Support Project Managers to reach project goals
► Manage project specific prioritized product backlog
► Design process flows based on BPMN and UML standards
► Drive change management processes during SDLC
► Design mockups/wireframes to increase user engagement process efficiency
Requirements
What distinguishes you?
► Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or relevant field
► Ability to work with stakeholders in various maturity level during requirement engineering and elicitation process
► At least 2 years’ hands-on experience with UML, BPMN
► Ability work proactively onsite and from remote
► Hands-on experience with messaging protocols
► Excellent communication skills
► Experience to work with Jira, Confluence
► Understand agile methodology and scrum framework
