Opportunity
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to be responsible for the day-to-day technology needs of UJETβs employees located in APAC. You will be the first point of contact for all things IT. Youβll be working closely within your team and with other departments to keep the day-to-day IT systems and services running smoothly. This opportunity can be remote or located in Seoul, Korea.
Responsibilities
- Triage and remediate IT support tickets for a business with over 150 employees.
- Provision equipment, services, and software for employees and contractors.
- Provide technical support related to hardware (laptops, mobile devices, etc), software, and SaaS products.
- Escalate requests to IT leadership or other departments that manage SaaS relationships
- Assist in creating training materials pertaining to computer troubleshooting and usage
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting macOS and mobile (iOS/Android) devices.
- 1+ years of experience as an administrator in Google Workspace and/or Office 365.
- Familiarity with MDM (Kandji, Intune, Jamf, Airwatch, etc.) to install and configure all corporate endpoints.
- Experience troubleshooting audio/video conferencing applications (Zoom, Google Meet, Webex) and VOIP services (Zoom Phone, Dialpad, RingCentral).
- Excellent communication skills, must be fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification
- Previous scripting experience (bash, python, etc.)
- Experience managing SAML Single Sign-On IdP services (Google Identity, Okta, OneLogin, etc.)
- Experience with supporting international or remote employees.
