PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a Recruiter you will deliver a solid and innovative recruitment operations to recruit Rituals people fast & on brand. Ensure great communication and build a professional network. To take care and coordinate recruitment administration, supporting recruitment team in all areas of the recruitment process. Support in the operational implementation of our employer brand (on- and offline) so we become an employer of choice. Plan & deliver purposeful and meaningful content to emotionally connect to the type of talent needed for our jobs.

YOUR ROLE

• Developing local recruitment strategy and development of recruiting trails
• Performing interviews
• Providing advice and assistance for managers to come to optimal recruitment decisions and results
• Building a network with local agencies
• Ensuring correct job profiles and guidelines for vacancy description
• Ensuring analytics and metrics on recruitment
• Keeping track, plan, guide, and advice regarding the recruitment budget
• Optimizing local recruitment communication (online, offline)
• Leading employer profile in social media
• On- & offline implementation of our Employer Branding plans
• Project support/coordination

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• Hands-on mentality
• Planning and organizational skills
• Communication skills
• Good knowledge of Word/ Excel
• 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment – in retail industry
• Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, marketing, psychology or communications related area.
• Willingness to travel
