Head of Product Operations/Chief of Staff

Location: Boston, MA (or open to frequent commuting)

Role Summary:

Our client is an early-stage digital health startup seeking an entrepreneurial professional with experience in digital health to join their team as the Head of Product Operations or Chief of Staff, depending on the candidate's experience. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in DTC digital health, healthcare, pharmacy, and telehealth operations. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, a problem solver, and possess an owner mentality. They will play a crucial role in product implementation, development, customer service management, and operations coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and roll-out of new products and services, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
• Provide valuable feedback on product development and design, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings.
• Manage customer service operations, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement levels.
• Oversee operations across order fulfillment, labs, kitting, and the pharmacy supply chain, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate regulatory and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and practices.
• Support hiring initiatives, helping to build a team that shares our vision and values.
• Work closely with the CEO and CPO, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience in DTC digital health, healthcare, pharmacy, or telehealth operations.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, with a proven track record of solving complex problems and driving results.
• Strong leadership qualities, with an owner mentality and a hunger for success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in regulatory and compliance within the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
