We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and strategic Marketing Assistant to join our growing remote-based team, to support across all on management and execution of World Mobile’s marketing strategy.

This is a hands-on role and you will have responsibility for the day to day implementation of the marketing and communications plan - you therefore must have experience of having successfully delivered marketing content to agreed targets and with significant results. The successful candidate will be autonomous with an entrepreneurial spirit and not afraid to get your hands dirty.

Responsibilities

• Support in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing activities to attract, nurture and engage prospects.
• Execute campaign-based marketing activity (Social, PR, SEO, email), optimising campaigns based on performance, customer insight and results.
• Seek new opportunities and approaches to reach wider audiences
• Work closely with the product, sales, and community teams to ensure a consistent and coherent brand identity and voice across all touchpoints
• Engaging regularly with internal stakeholders to present campaign marketing plans and feedback on results.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of our marketing activities, using data and analytics to optimise results and ROI
• Establish and maintain relationships with key media, influencers, and agencies

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience working in a similar role
• A proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns
• An understanding of the telco industry and its challenges
• A high level of creativity and innovation, with an eye for brand building
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging stories that connect with our audiences
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Strong time management skills and a hands-on attitude
• The ability to work autonomously, in a fast-paced environment
