RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identity Access and Password management
• Maintaining email service providers; User access, sub-account creation, and domains and account management
• DNS upkeep and configurations
• VPN configurations and upkeep
• Upkeep and patching of the cloud environment and systems.
• Virtualization, upkeep of virtual machines,
  • Includes Microsoft IIS and SQL server.
• Domain controllers and Active Directory management
• Visual SVN server and Client access/repository management
• Mail Server administration
• Role-based security for access management
• SSL certificate provisioning and deployment through IIS using AWS and CertifyTheWeb
• S3 access management, EC2 snapshot and instantiation, disaster recovery and access management
• AWS networking and zone configuration and management
• On-prem infrastructure upkeep
  • Includes Wi-Fi- NGFW, Switches, and VLANs
• WordPress installation, configuration, and hosting management in Windows IIS and MySQL

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong understanding of AWS cloud
• Availability to travel a few times a year.
• During and after-hours system maintenance.
• Strong understanding of DHCP, DNS, VLAN, WAN, LAN, & VPN configurations.
• Skilled with Active Directory, Group Policy, & Radius
• Ability to check existing systems and suggest improvements.
• Ability to develop new systems to increase company efficiency.
• Ability to apply tech solutions to strengthen system security.
• Ability to receive and relay information to and from stakeholders.
• Ability to work closely with the head of IT and other seniors to move initiatives.
• Ability to provide system Roadmaps, working with the Infrastructure Manager
• Seeks to understand changes and then trusts the decision to support the business.
• Respectfully shares perspectives using supporting facts and patiently listens to others’ perspectives.
