Telecommunications Cisco Voip Engineer - Rotational Shifts

About the Team:

This team works under general supervision with increased latitude for independent judgment. Identifies non-routine issues and routes/escalates to appropriate team member. Works for multiple Clients on their Voip systems to configure and troubleshoot.

What you will be doing:

• Configure, troubleshoot Cisco Voip , (Cloud Telephony 8x8 and Webex calling)
• Configure and troubleshoot Voice Gateways, Poe Switches, Cisco Unified border element.
• Work on third party applications integrated with Voip Systems.
• Closely working with the vendors for Incident resolution and RCA.
• Phone/ email communications to all stakeholders on task updates.

What you bring:

• 3 to 5 Years of experience Cisco Voip Systems.
• Experience in Work with Voip systems like CUCM, Unity connection, IM&P, UCCX
• Knowledge/familiarity with networking concepts, VLAN etc.
• Experience in troubleshooting voip issues.
• Understand of Debugs used for troubleshooting issues like SIP, MGCP, analog.
• Willing to work in 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Added bonus if you have:

• Cloud telephony like Webex calling and 8x8
• UCCX scripting configuring and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with integration with other systems.
