1. Human resources recruitment planning, implementation and effect evaluation;
2. Supervise the implementation of human resources management systems;
3. Office management and personnel work arrangements, and work evaluation and assessment of office personnel;
4. Issuance of information from the Human Resources Department;
5. Responsible for corporate security management and ensure the normal operation of the company.
Requirements
1. College degree or above;
2. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
3. Major in human resources management or administrative management;
4. More than three years of experience in human resources management and security management in foreign companies;
5. Familiar with national laws, regulations and policies;
6. Good planning, organization, command, communication, coordination, control and adaptability capabilities
7. Good official document writing skills and good teamwork spirit;
8. Good professional ethics and strong sense of work responsibility, good communication and adaptability
