HR Payroll Specialist

Follow HR policy and payroll process to provide support on Social Insurance & Housing Fund & Hongkong Payroll

• Social insurance & housing fund processing & payment & reporting
• Maintain max/min contribution base of social insurance & housing fund
• Final pay calculation
• Time & Attendance checking & reconciliation
• Hong Kong payroll processing & Pfund payment & GL posting & annual tax filing
• Support internal & external audit

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or above with HR, Finance, IT, Information Engineering related major.

• Familiar with Labor Law, Labor Contract Law and related HR Gov. Policy, is preferred.

• SAP HR/ Workday HR/Kronos experience is preferred, Expert on excel, word, ppt

• Good skills on English writing and speaking, Good customer service attitude, Good Interpersonal and counseling skills

• Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and personal integrity, Good pressure management skills
