In addition, you'll play a key role in data management. Inputting data into trackers will confirm document completion, allowing our staff to monitor progress effectively and provide the necessary support to learners.

Key Details:
Salary: £6.40 per hour, paid monthly
Working week: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, 9am - 5:30pm.
Notice Period: 1 Month
Apprenticeship Details - 16 months expected duration to complete, working towards your Level 3 Business Administration Qualification. (All learning is delivered online/remote).

Key Job Responsibilities:
Communication: Confidently participate in team calls and communicate effectively with learners over the phone
Appointment Management: Utilise the diary system to schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
Documentation: Accurately complete documents to capture the aspirations and support needs of individuals you interact with.
Data Management: Input data into trackers to confirm document completion, ensuring staff can monitor progress effectively.
Person Specification Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
Proficient in using digital diary systems and data tracking tools.
Understanding of the importance of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
Candidate must be 19+ years old.
