Sr. Reporting and Analytics Specialist

In this role as our Sr. Reporting and Analytics Specialist (SuccessFactors & SAP required), you’ll be responsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing data to support Veolia’s Talent Analytics and Reporting needs. You’ll play a critical role supporting the development and automation of standard HR data reports, analyses, and dashboards leveraging report software from multiple systems. This position will collaborate primarily with HR but also across business functions to manage reporting, analyze trends in data, and make recommendations to the leadership team, in order to drive strategic decisions or satisfy business requirements.
