Utility Worker

POSITION SUMMARY

Test and repair chemical shipping bins for DOT requirements. Maintain bin testing records and enter bin data into SAP.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Test bins according to DOT specs before shipment.
• Repair stainless and poly bins to meet DOT specs.
• Enter data into SAP to track bins.
• Organize loads of bins to be shipped out for refurbishment.
• Maintain records of calibrations and DOT testing.
• Organize, track, and order parts, fittings & labels for Bin Maintenance and Bin Washing.
• Assist maintenance department as needed.

Requirements

Education:

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Experience
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a chemical, manufacturing, or refining facility.
