We seek a technology-oriented yet creative, Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, including event planning and customer journey campaigns management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the trade fairs industry and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Summary/Responsibilities

  • Customer journey management: overseeing the customer journey from start to finish. Work with a variety of teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure that the customer experience is seamless and meets the needs of the customer.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans: This includes working with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall business goals. The marketing plan should include a mix of marketing activities, such as content marketing, social media marketing and email marketing.
