We're seeking a holistic CRM HubSpot consultant who thrives on navigating the entire customer journey, with a solid understanding of how technology and business complement each other seamlessly.

If you're ready to design and drive change from "ax to limpa" (Swedish for from start to finish), then this one is for you!


As a CRM HubSpot Master...

You'll be the go-to person for your own client base; clients of different shapes and sizes. With your expertise in sales processes, marketing strategies, and delivering top-notch customer service, you understand how each component contributes to the overall success of the customer journey.

Using your in-depth understanding of CRM automation, you'll implement and optimize streamlined processes to enhance and maximize operational efficiency. By asking the right questions, you design tailored solutions that address our clients' unique needs and drive their business forward. You'll simply be the mastermind behind both small tweaks and major transformations, owning the process from conception to implementation.


Who you are...

You are skilled in sales, marketing, automation or operations hub, Or maybe you have a portfolio of diverse expertise that you enjoy combining? Regardless of that, you have 3 years+ of experience working with the HubSpot platform and associated strategies, campaigns, and workflows. And of course, you have a knack for capturing key business objectives and supporting and assisting customers' sales processes.

You thrive on connecting with others and turning clients into long-lasting partners. With a bottomless curiosity and a passion for driving business growth, you're always eager to explore new opportunities to take our partnerships to new heights!

You’re fluent in Swedish and English.

Where you’ll be…

Our HQ is in Malmö, but we offer opportunities to work from home. We like to have a lot of creative sessions where your presence by the whiteboard (or by google meet) is a key for interaction and team spirit.

We work “normal” business hours, 40h work week, with lots of flexibility for picking up kids from daycare or if you have a visit to the dentist.
