Your Job

To specify, you will

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee activities in the Engineering and Development department,

• Ensure the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the company.

• Work with other members of the executive team to develop the product strategy and plan.

• Manage all aspects of research, development, and commercialization of new products.

• Lead and direct an overall cross-functional team to carry out new product development and launch activities.

Your profile for this job

• You have initial experience as a manager of a technical team
• You are an expert in the AdTech domain
• You have a strong technical background with expertise in software development methodologies
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team and build consensus
