ABOUT THE ROLE

As Global Quality within Supplier Management, you will be responsible for the global processes related to Supplier & Material Qualification. In this role you will support the organization with structure and relevant global coordination activities, as well as be responsible for managing globalization and improvements together with local team members for qualification activities.

Main duties

• Ensuring a structure to share activities that can be coordinated between the sites
• Leading regular meetings with the team for follow-up on qualification activities
• Preparation of global annual audit and re-qualification plans
• Coordination of activities related to the vendor audit plans
• Preparation/updating global vendor TQA templates and related work instructions
• Manage improvements of the relevant global processes
• Support supplier audits and supplier qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor/Master´s/PhD degree in sciences or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within Pharma or Medical Device industry
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within a quality function
• Fluent in English, Swedish/Danish a plus as the role is located at the Swedish site in Malmö
• High GMP understanding as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines
• Experience with Audits
