About The Team:

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform marketing strategies and tactics. This role is responsible for extracting insights from Noah Medical’s product procedure data, customer KPIs, and market data as well as data relating to the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities. It requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

A Day In The Life Of Our Marketing Analyst :

  • Develop tools and method to mine, analyze and extract insights from Galaxy System procedure data
  • Monitor and report on trends relating to clinical, operational, technical, and economic performance of customers and their systems
  • Collect and analyze market data, including sales trends, competitor performance, and customer preferences, to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct market research and customer surveys to gather insights into market needs and trends.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, including ROI and KPIs.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to support marketing initiatives.
  • Identify strategies for using data to increase customer utilization and success with Noah products
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analysis or related role, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
