Project Coordinator

Main Function & Scope

The Project Coordinator is part of the Asset Excellence team, reporting to the Project Manager (PT). The Project Coordinator will provide project coordination and logistical support to the Project Delivery team and the wider Asset Excellence teams for the implementation of project initiatives. This role will also support the development, improvement and documentation of associated processes and procedures.

Location

Whilst this role is advertised as remote working, we operate an Agile Working policy which allows employees to work flexibly near our office locations. You must have the right to work in the European Union.

Key Responsibilities

Project Initiatives (Planning)

• Support the Project team in the development and maintenance of each project plan timeline.

• Provide overall input on deployment strategy.

• Provide support in tendering processes

• Achieve an intimate understanding of each project plan and the work scope

• Support and coordinate project kick off meetings, ensuring that all key stakeholders are included and receive all required information.
