What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a Director, Programmatic Sales to join our Private Marketplace team**.** Our team follows a hybrid schedule working in-office two days a week and remotely for the rest.

Qualified candidates for this opportunity may be hired in Atlanta, Chicago, or Texas.

Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:

  • Set programmatic sales strategy across an established list of holding company agencies, independent agencies and client direct accounts
  • Work side by side in collaboration with VP and Sales Directors to execute on the sales strategy in order to achieve team revenue goals
  • Own key relationships at various agency trading teams to strategically and thoughtfully achieve revenue goals
  • Successfully create key partnerships to influence and drive revenue growth
  • Effectively present and communicate the Nexxen value proposition to agency and client leadership and stakeholders
  • Develop and negotiate trading agreements that grow revenue, including joint business plans
  • Stay current on all industry trends and provide internal recommendations, as relevant
  • Participate and lead when called upon, the ongoing training and development of sales organization

* Please note - We have a hybrid work model with the expectation of 3 days minimum in the local office to collaborate, innovate, and celebrate.

What Will I Bring?

  • 5 or more years of Digital Sales experience with 2 or more years of specific experience selling programmatic (Private Marketplace) deals.
  • Solid relationships on the agency side (can be holding company level/partner agencies/advertisers)
  • Track record consistently achieving sales revenue targets
  • Comfortable with data, and telling a story with data
  • Well-rounded knowledge of the AdTech Ecosystem & Programmatic Supply side is required
  • Ability to successfully execute cross-team and command respect from internal/external stakeholders
