Job Summary

The Product Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product ecosystem. In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing the product strategy while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers. Reporting directly to the VP of Product (Nliven), you will have the opportunity to drive innovation, champion user-centric design, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

This position is full-time and hybrid. Candidate must be located either in the New York Tri-State area or the state of California. Although this is largely a remote role, there may be times where you will be expected to get together in-person.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Nliven product roadmap by synthesizing customer feedback, market insights, competitor activities, and internal stakeholder input to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the product base and vision, driving growth and differentiation in the market.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service teams to align product initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Balance user needs with development efforts, collaborating with Engineering leads to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives, from concept to delivery.
  • Champion agile development practices, participating in cross-functional agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within scope.
  • Promote a user-centric approach to product development, conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Inspire and mentor members of the Product Team, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence as we work toward our shared goals.
  • Maintain a keen focus on product quality and reliability, collaborating with QA teams to ensure rigorous testing and validation of features before release.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Six or more years of proven product management experience in a B2B2C or similar environment, with a strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving product initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and UX/UI best practices.
  • Experience in the ticketing industry is preferred.

  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Base annual salary range of $140,000 - $165,000, commensurate with experience.
