We are on the lookout for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 to 6 months initially, to start ASAP.

This is an ideal role for anyone who is looking to kick start their career in Digital Health. You’ll be working as part of our dynamic Transformation team, responsible for the long-term success of our clients.

Tell me more! What will I be doing?

  • Transferring questionnaire forms from one system to another, ensuring all data is accurately and completely moved
  • Inputting data into computer systems with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, focusing on minimizing errors and maintaining the integrity of the information being handled
  • Performing regular quality checks on the data entered, identifying and correcting any discrepancies to uphold the highest standards of data quality
  • Adhering strictly to data privacy and security protocols, ensuring that all data handling practices comply with relevant regulations and safeguarding sensitive information

Okay, I ’m interested. What experience do I need to have?

  • Strong analytical skills, capable of understanding and processing complex data sets, identifying patterns and inconsistencies independently
  • Excellent attention to detail. This role requires the ability to perform data entry with precision and accuracy. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all information is entered correctly
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently without direct supervision, and deadlines are consistently met
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will often need to collaborate with team members and stakeholders as we work in a truly cross functional manner

Bonus points for:

  • Relevant experience of a data entry role ideally within a highly regulated industry
  • Experience handling sensitive patient information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Experience working in environments where data accuracy directly influences patient safety and care decisions

Just to let you know too, we will need you to have the Right To Work in the UK, and as we work closely with the NHS, if we get to the stage where we make you an offer to join us, we will also need to undertake a DBS check.

Whilst we know that some of us love to go to the pub, we want to make sure we are including a wide variety of activities and events for our teams to enjoy each other's company, we aim to continue creating an open space for anyone and everyone to suggest how they’d like to spend time with their teams.

We love a Summer and Christmas party and regular company/team socials and away days. In the past year or so, we have enjoyed picnics at a nearby farm, a water colouring session, board games evening and Crystal Maze! Over the last 12 months we have held various events for celebrations such as Holi Festival, International Women’s Day, Pancake Day and Pride celebrations and our 11th Birthday!

Salary banding for this role is: £20,000 - £25,000 pro-rata. This is a hybrid position which requires you to be in the office 1-2 days per week.
