Your main tasks at SuperHosting.BGwill be:

• Controlling and troubleshooting information systems, configuring and maintaining the company's servers, ensuring optimal configuration;
• Proposing improvements for the performance of information systems and participating in their development;
• Supporting the implementation of new solutions in the company;
• Administering the company's network and its devices: switches/routers and others;
• Responding to queries and helping to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer inquiries about the company’s services;
• Performing activities related to installing operating systems, standard system, and application software;

We expect from you:

• Linux – installation/configuration, Windows Server – installation/configuration;
• Apache, Nginx;
• PHP – installation, maintenance, setup, and optimization;
• MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL – installation/configuration/maintenance;
• PHP/Perl – basic level, Bash – intermediate level;
• Email servers (Exim, Dovecot, Postfix, etc.);
• DNS server – ISC BIND;
• Basic hardware knowledge – RAID controllers, processors, motherboards, etc.;
• Reading and analyzing logs, tracking dependencies between systems and events;

You will have an advantage if:

• You have knowledge of cPanel;
• You have at least one year of experience in the field of Information Technology;
• You have knowledge in the field of hosting services;
• You have the desire and skills to work in a team and follow company standards;
• You are proactive and able to work independently;
• English language – level allowing free communication and successful job performance;
• Basic network knowledge – VLAN, routing;
